M.K. KILLEN, MBA<\/strong> – Executive Director<\/strong>
MK is a two-time graduate of St. Bonaventure University and came to Light Hill with a wealth of business, marketing and fundraising experience. She brings her passion, vision and organization to the home. MK enjoys her time outside of work performing with her improv comedy troupe and walking or kayaking around the Finger Lakes. She shares her home with her husband, who also volunteers his time for the cause, and their menagerie (dogs and cats and ducks, oh my!). She shares her office with her standard poodle, Fern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUZANNE B. UNDERHILL, RN<\/strong> – Resident Care Director<\/strong>
A native of Canandaigua, Sue worked at the VA Medical Center as a RN and Advanced Illness Care Coordinator before retiring and accepting the role of Light Hill Executive Director. Her experience with veterans and their families taught Sue many valuable lessons about end-of-life care. Sue is blessed to have a husband and daughter who support her dream and are very involved with the home as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CRYSTAL MARTIN<\/strong> – Volunteer Training Coordinator<\/strong>
Crystal is an engineer turned manager who started volunteering after a 30-year career in corporate America. After a rewarding and fulfilling two years volunteering at Light Hill, she joined the Light Hill staff. Crystal’s current role allows her to mentor and train new volunteers as they join the Light Hill family. Crystal also got to experience her hard work and training first-hand as a loved one supporting a family member at Light Hill. Crystal shares her passion and love with all the delightful people at Light Hill, her wonderful husband of thirty years and a Ridgeback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FERN <\/strong>\u00a0– Light Hill Mascot<\/strong>
Fern enjoys greeting guests with a wagging tail, searching for crumbs under the dining room table and sleeping away the afternoon on \u201cher\u201d couch. Fern brings comfort to all who need it and keeps a watchful eye on things. She\u2019s a low-allergy friend to all who enter Light Hill!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
